Remember your “why.”
What’s your “why”? Do you know?
The author Simon Sinek wrote a powerful book called Start With Why. In that book, he makes the profound yet drop-dead simple argument that nothing in life or business will make sense until and when you fully know and embrace you “why.”
Why do you do what you do each day?
Why do you live where you live, work where you work, dream what you dream, spend what you spend, love who you love.
Why is not a question, it’s the question.
If you can’t answer your “why” for you, for who you are, not your parent’s why, not your teachers why not your friends why. YOUR WHY.
It’s uniquely yours; it’s yours to live to be.
You need to know it, but more than that, you need to remember it.
You need to embrace it. You need to hold on when the storms are too big to handle. When life throws every freaking thing INCLUDING the kitchen sink in your path.
Never NEVER let go.
It’s your why! It’s YOUR why! It’s your WHY!
For crying in the night, it’s WORTH fighting for; it’s working remembering.
